1. SHIPPING
1.1 Shipping packages up to 30kg
For sending parcels up to 30kg up to the size of 1.75x78x58 cm we work with PostNL, DHL or a courier service.
- Products up to 10kg (max. size 100x50x50cm) = € 5.95 incl. VAT in the Netherlands.
- Products above 100x50x50cm = € 9.95 incl. VAT in the Netherlands.
- Above 10kg to 30kg (max. size 175x78x58cm = € 34.95 incl. VAT in the Netherlands.
For the above shipments we use Track & Trace if possible.
For the transport and delivery of furniture, fragile (fragile) items and products above 30kg, the transport costs are variable on postcode from € 34.50 - € 55.00 incl. VAT / or Free throughout the Netherlands.
Excluding the Wadden Islands, for this there is an extra charge for furniture, large-sized items and items above 30 kg. Surcharge € 24.95 to be paid in advance.
For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs have been adjusted, we work with the rates of PostNL shipping service, UPS and our partner furniture transport EU.

Free sea freight to port is also offered for orders over $10K net after discount to South America, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. Clients are responsible for the importation process, all customs fee and local taxes.
2. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "Thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Golden Glam customers.
Please report returns to Golden Glam within 72 hours of the delivery date. Items need to be returned in new condition, unused and in the original packaging. Clients are responsible for all outbound and return shipping.
Returned items must be received within 14 days. Sorry, gift cards are not returnable. Purchases of furniture in the Grand showroom can not be returned or exchanged.
Please attach a filled return form (in Annex I) when processing your returns.
Pay attention!
We kindly advise you to insure fragile items with your parcel service. You will then avoid many problems with damage. The sending of a return item via a parcel service PostNL, DHL, GLS, DPD and UPS is for own account and risk.
When the article comes damaged (broken) at Golden Glam, we do not reimburse the item and you will not be reimbursed for the purchase amount
